Stainless steel has proven itself to many as the best choice time and time again.Why I like stainless steel and these baking pans, in particular:Stainless steel is non-toxic and durable.The pans are sturdy and heat up evenly and quickly.Unlike darker baking pans, I know my baked goods will be perfectly done, simply by following the basic instructions of a recipe. No adjustments or guesswork is necessary. I’ve found that the darker pans do not bake food evenly.
