A nice, straightforward set of two tongs. Two different lengths, with nice silicone tips on the end. Came with a bit of a scent out of the box, but that washed out just fine. They do feel like they won't hold up to heavy abuse, but are worth their price point. They have a simple pull-up locking mechanism to hold them closed when needed, otherwise they would default to open. They feel good in the hand and do their jobs well.
I ordered this pair of kitchen tongs after my 'scissor' style tongs fell apart. I was pleasantly surprised to find these tongs a welcomed upgrade over my previous ones. The grip is comfortable and the tongs open wider than expected. The silicone coated tips make food handling much easier than uncoated ones. There is also a option to 'lock' the tongs in a closed position for better fit in your utensil drawer. Recommended.
Good tongs. Not super high quality but better than some. They do have some durability to them. Comparable to something you would find at TJ Maxx. Pairs well with the home depot brand or hand me down grill. Definately usable.
Great value for the price especially since you get two of them. I’m using the longer set of tongs for cooking a stew in an enameled Dutch oven and they are great. No worries about scratching the enamel and they close tightly allowing me to grip super hot stuff. The pull to lock closure mechanism works great and it’s covered in a similar silicone so it’s easy to grip and move to the open position while wearing oven mitts.
These tongs are amazing quality! They feel sturdy and well-made, and I’m so impressed with how quickly they arrived. I can’t wait to start using them in my kitchen!
With summer upon us, I need extra strong tongs for all my grilling parties! These tongs are so affordable for their superior quality. You need them for all your recipes.
This TeamFar set of kitchen tongs is pretty standard with a 12 and 9 inch and 4 inch silicon grab area that gives plenty of room to reach and hold. I did notice that the 12 inch would sometimes close a little of center to the other side. The top has a loop that you pull out to open and then push in to lock closed for storage. Overall it is fine for the price but could be more sturdy.
