The silicone mats are very easy to clean and work great. The cookie sheets seem to be made of a high quality material. I've used them to make everything from cookies to potatoes to onion rings. So simple to use and clean.
These pans are amazing! I've never had the silicone liner before or such nice pans, so I've been very impressed by them. The cookies don't stick and they come out perfect every time. Would highly recommend. (I just started baking cut-out sugar cookies for the first time ever about 3 weeks ago.) The size is perfect and easy to clean.
this set is unbelievable for the price ,the silicon mats make it easy to clean and the pans are thick enough so cookies bake without burned bottoms, should last a long time
At first glance, this is a fantastic set. You get two of everything: pans, racks, silicone mats, and everything feels sturdy and well-made. But then I noticed a detail on the pan that gave me pause: the sheet pans are made with 18/0 stainless steel.I’m more familiar with 18/10, so I did a little digging. The main difference? 18/0 doesn’t contain nickel, which makes it more affordable and a good choice for anyone with a nickel allergy. But it’s also more prone to rust if you don’t take care of it properly. You’ll want to dry these thoroughly and avoid soaking them or leaving them wet overnight.That said, I do think this set is a great option for beginners, casual bakers, or anyone who can give them a bit of care. If you’re someone who often leaves dishes in the sink or needs low-maintenance bakeware, this may not be the perfect match.I tested the set with a meatloaf that had a fair amount of spillover. I let it sit overnight to see how the pan would hold up. It did discolor slightly, but a good scrub brought it back. So yes, it can take some abuse, but probably not regularly.I’m still happy with the purchase. I’ll save my fancier bakeware for more delicate jobs and keep this one for messier meals. The fact that you get two of everything definitely bumps it up a star, but I’m knocking one off for not being upfront about the 18/0 steel.

I got this set for my husband and he loves it. The baking sheets are sturdy with a good weight and don’t warp in the oven. He uses the cooling racks to cool and also uses them to bake. The baking mats come in very handy and clean up easily.
