I found a T-Fal 12" ceramic coated skillet on sale at Target for nineteen bucks. No skillet lids seem to be available for separate sale by T-Fal, looking on their site. In fact, I couldn't find ANY pot lids for sale separately at Target either. The fit is not perfect; it sits down inside the skillet a bit, but not enough to lose much capacity. (maybe 5%?) It's not enough that you would think: "This doesn't fit" it's just not a factory fit either. Note that this only applies to this particular T-Fal skillet. The measurement given in the earlier review was what I used and it was spot-on.Seems like a wasted opportunity and one which Techef is willing to treat as a niche. This is the second skillet lid I've bought from them. The other one, I use on a smaller Walmart cast iron skillet, and it is the one with the plastic handle. I figured this one, with the steel handle will hold up better over time. (plastic ages and gets brittle over time as the elastomers bake out of it) So I spent the extra five bucks. It's too bad the lid cost more than the skillet, but the quality is there. Heck, it may OUTLAST the skillet!

Very nice lid
This lid is well-made. The outside diameter is 12-2/8 inches. The inner lip’s diameter is 11-1/2 inches.It “works” with the 2 pans I have:1) de Buyer Carbone Plus 12.5 inches fry pan with 2 loop handles. The outside diameter of the rim of this pan is exactly 12.5 inches. This lid sits just inside the rim. It works alright for me.2) de Buyer Mineral B 12.5 inches Country Chef pan with 2 loop handles. The outside diameter of this pan is 12-7/8 inches. This lid sits inside the pan about 1/2 inch below the pan’s rim. I am okay with this.At $23, I am happy with this lid.It would be helpful if manufacturers and/or vendors like Amazon provide the measurement of the outside diameter and the diameter of the inner lip of the lids. These two information would be the best way for buyers to determine if the lid will fit their pans. I bought and returned 2 lids to Amazon because their actual measurements were not as described and so they did not fit my pans and pots.

Works with Ninja Foodi Sauce Pan!
I bought this 12-inch TECHEF lid because my 12-inch Ninja Foodi saucepan did not include a lid. I ordered twice because the first one that shipped to me had a large crack/deep scratch across the metal handle upon opening a seemingly new box. The second one that arrived had no visible flaws. I also love that it matches the Ninja Foodi lids fairly well (see pic for comparison). Overall, I’m happy with this purchase but would suggest that you double-check your item for flaws upon arrival.

Will not work on a Zwilling pan.
While the quality of this lid is certainly worth 5 stars, it would not fit my Zwilling 12" fry pan properly. Before buying it I double-checked the measurements of both the lid and my pan and it should'a worked. However, it would not sit all the way down on the rim of the pan and this resulted in it rocking back and forth. I returned it.
