Favorite 'do it all' SAUCE PAN!
This is an EXCELLENT 2Qt black sauce pan, it's a little bigger than what I expected for a milk pan but that makes it even more useful for my everyday cooking. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, and the Rock tech nonstick surface works PERFECTLY. Literally nothing sticks and it cleans up easy with a bit of soap and waterThe glass lid fits nicely and helps retain moisture. Handle feels solid and simply comfortable, and it stays cool during the uses. The size is right, perfect for daily meals, cooking and can also hold enought for two to four peopleOverall, I'm greatly pleased with this saucepan, it's really my favorite, no sticking, it looks great, performs well and easy to take care. I love these pots. Recently my entire set of pans began having their coating peel, I needed something to get by while a warranty claim is out on the high end brand I bought years ago. I was given a skillet from this brand, loved it, and had to get a saucepan to match. I definitely plan on adding more of these. The heat distribution is even, and the 3.3qt size allows for a lot of versatility in the kitchen. They're durable and lightweight, and perfect for making sauces, pasta dishes, and more. When it's time to clean it takes no time to rinse and scrub with a soft sponge.

Truly non-stick, well-made pot
This pan is exactly is pictured. It came unassembled so you have to put it together yourself, but the instructions are very straight forward so it’s not very difficult. They even include the tools you need to put it together (screwdriver).The non-stick surface of the pan has performed well so far. I read mixed reviews about deep frying in nonstick, but there were no issues when we tried. The inside surface of the pot is a little textured and sort of a soft-to-touch silicone-feeling handle material. It comes with a nice glass lid. The top handle can be used as a utensil rest, which we personally don’t use because don’t like whatever is on the spoon to drip onto the top of the lid, but it is a nice feature if you use it. There is also a vent in the lid. The lid handle is also made of a hard, silicone-coated type material so it doesn’t get hot and is safe to touch.Also tried cooking a bunch of different things that would be tough to clean off a normal pot, like tomato sauce or sweet and sour sauce…literally slipped right out of the pot when it was done lol This is legit non-stick lol Most of our cookware is stainless because of the whole non-stick chemical thing so it’s nice to have something truly non-stick that is free of those “forever chemicals”. We still are careful not to scrape the cooking surface with anything sharp of metal.Held up to several hand washes and so far no concerns. Washes up really easily as well. The non-stick makes it easy to clean.This pot is a nice addition to the kitchen. It is a smaller sized pot though, so more for sauces or cooking small amounts.
