they work

I ordered and used these for preparing prime rib. I like the flexibility, it helped fitting them to my pans. I did a reverse sear with my convection oven set to the highest temp (500F) and they not only survived but cleaned up good as new. I think I've outgrown my old metal racks that get dirty, are hard to clean and rust.
