After one use, the pans are already bent. Not durable at all.
We have a pizza oven and it uses a stone. While I like the stone concept, I hate the cleaning involved. I figured I'd try these with it instead. The good news is they fit perfectly in the small 12 inch pizza cooker. They are thin so won't raise the pizza too much which is a problem in our little pizza cooker.On testing, we found that it does work, but we need to change the tiiming and temperature settings quite a bit. We have to lower the top element and raise the bottom. Even then we don't get a well cooked base.The pizza cooker worked great for frozen pizza, but we need to thaw the pizza to get it to work correctly. Then at the end, we need to remove it from the pan and throw it straight onto the stone to finish the job. I expected that to be the case. Thats how most pizza shops do it too.Given the differences, it worked out well. The pans did buckle but I suspect it's because we tried frozen pizza first. I'm not fussed about that though. If you look at any pizza shop pan you'll see the same buckling. It's just the nature of the beast.Overall, I like these. They certainly keep most of the juices in the pan till the searing stage at the end so it limits the amount my stone gets fouled and not eliminates it. Which is what I also expected.
