Handy in a dehydrator
I was having issues with small food bits falling through the grates in my dehydrator and decided to get this. Works nice. I didn't really need the silicone mats, but now that I have them, I've made jelly rolls and dehydrated mashed potatoes. Fit perfectly in my large dehydrator. Easy to clean. Mats stick to the tray, a bit, so no sliding around. So much you can do with these. Mats can be cut to size for different dehydrators. Cheap price but not cheap quality. If you dehydrate, I recommend these.

Great for fruit roll-ups
I’ve been using the silicone flat sheets for fruit roll ups. They work great! I’ve been using the mesh sheets to dry cherry tomatoes and other small foods. They wash up well after use. I’m very happy with this purchase. They are exactly what I was looking for to use with my dehydrator. Oh, and if anyone is wondering…no odor or smell to these.

Very good dehydrator accessory
I bought these for my new food dehydrator to make cleanup and processing easier. They perform well and they help your product dry faster. They're super easy to use and they fit just perfectly to the size of my oven. Great value for the money. I'm not sure how versatility they are because I'm not sure I would use them in any other thing besides my food dehydrator

Great for dehydrated fruit leather
Very pleased with these! They're very bendy, super light weight and easy to peel. I make fruit leather in my 10-tray dehydrator and they fit perfectly on the metal trays. Fruit leathers peel right off without fuss (pics of two: mango-pineapple and cinno-apple). They clean great with soap and water in the sink, air dry in seconds. I stack them up and put them in the dehydrator for storage when not in use.

Works well.
I am thrilled with these mats and trays. They fit my dehydrator racks perfectly. When I dried bananas before, they were a terrible mess that became "one" with the racks. I had to pry them off. With the new mesh mats, I simply flexed the mats and they popped right off. My dehydrator did not come with enough trays and this is a great compliment to be able to dehydrate tiny items that would fall through or fruit leathers. This is only a four star at this time because the scraper did not come with the package. I just let the seller know and will upgrade that once I get the scraper from them.
