Palantimos Clear Non-Adhesive Shelf Liner, Waterproof & Oil-Proof Non-Slip

I am VERY happy with this roll of shelf liner! I have just remodeled my home office and painted an old computer hutch. This liner was PERFECT to cut to shape to put in the shelves and under other items to keep it from getting scratched up while allowing the nice new paint color to show through. It is textured on one side and smooth on the other. Mostly I used the smooth side down with textured side up and that works well for my purposes. There were a couple of spots that I wanted more "grip" (on my spoiled cat's attached desk bed mount haha) so I doubled it over to be 2 sided textured, and it's working like a charm to hold the mount in place on the keyboard pullout shelf while protecting the surface and without sliding around like it sometimes did on the smooth surface alone. The material is just thick enough to give great protection, yet super easy to cut to size with scissors. The generous size of the roll was MORE than enough for my project with tons left over. All this at a current price of only 15.99? YES please! I can't say enough good things about this liner and I highly recommend it!

This shelf liner impressed me by how simple it was to cut and install, and it’s clean look (no floral, no ugly contact paper pattern).Pros* Kept water and cooking oil from getting through to the shelf. Tested it with both.* Kept jars from sliding, especially for grippy for glass.* Easy to cut and install thanks to the printed grid. It made straight cuts simple, since I usually get wobbly edges.* More usable material per roll: because the cuts were straight the first time, I didn’t waste length re‑trimming pieces.* Stays put without glue or residue. We repositioned it and even removed it to check.* Cleaning is (mostly) easy.Cons* Cleaning sticky spills takes an extra pass. Anything syrupy settles into the grid texture.* Edges may curl slightly since it’s non‑adhesive. I may use a little gray reusable tack (the kind sold as poster putty and sometimes used for electronics cleaning) if any corners lift.This was a solid value, and well-deserving of the five stars.

Substantial Material

I had just acquired a, new to me, chest of drawers. After washing it up, I was ready to line the drawers. Ideally, I like the liner that can be repositioned easily, not the heavily adhesive paper. The Palantimos Clear Non-Adhesive shelf liner came to the rescue. This liner is the sturdiest I have encountered. If I had lined my kitchen cabinets with this, I know I would not have any torn places. My current, thinner liner, has a few tears from shoving counter top appliances in and out. Back to my drawers. Easy to cut, and since there is no backing with lines to follow, you will need to draw some straight lines to guide you. The ad mentions the back side, which is lightly rough, will prevent slipping. I can't speak to that as this is precisely cut to fit my drawers, so there is no room to slip. I would call this a heavy duty liner and look forward to redoing some kitchen cabinets with this. This may have been more quality than drawers for clothing needed.

Excellent!

Give your shelves and drawers a much longer lives with this liner!!

This is a FANTASTIC shelf liner. The roll is thick, meaning there is a LOT of it. I was surprised now much liner there is in teh roll. It covered my kitchen drawers and some of my pantry shelves. The quality of the liner is excellent. We have had many drawer liners that were thin and curled up at the corners. This oen lays flat, the material is thick and it doesn't move around at all. It is a combination of a non-slip mat and a liner. There is no sticky adhesive to deal with which I LOVE. Just cut it to the right size, lay it down and your good to go. It is a cloudy clear color. I have no worries that water will not seep through because of the thick material. We bought this because dishes are sometimes put in the cabinet straight from the dishwasher with wet bottoms. This will allow our drawers to have a much longer life!
