They are perfect for bite size brownies. It worked well for what I needed and wanted. Great quality and value for money. My brownies did not stick and came out perfectly, I did put baking spray to prevent sticking.
This brownie pan totally worked out!! It is not expensive at all for the 2 pans you get…and “oh” my brownies were perfect!! One brownie box is the perfect amount you use for one brownie tray, and every brownie square is chewy and beautiful!! Just don’t forget to use the spray that has flour in it before putting in the mix and Don’t OVER-BAKE so they don’t burn or come out too dry!! Best to make them chewy so you get a good result. This was truly a good purchase!
Works wonders for individual brownies
I needed this pan 50 yrs ago. Yes,I'm that old. Wish I had discovered years ago. This pan will give you professional results,perfectly sized product,and each product baked will have it's own slightly crispy edge. While it can be used for many types of baked goods,I am using this pan for brownies.
Terrific product
The pan works great if you spray with PAM they won’t stick. I do think you have to watch them closer and the brownies might cook faster or burn so just be aware when you bake.
I just would like to say I love them and I will order some more at a later date
