This was easy to use and definitely saved time over making individual onigiri. I also loved the slight woodsy scent inherent in this product. I lightly wetted the mold before starting to make the onigiri and that helped to keep rice from sticking to the mold.
Absolutely love it! Just make sure you soak the mold before using it so your rice doesn't stick!
A great shape mold for rice and... for a dough mold for scone, biscuits and biscotti
