Great Option To Disposable Aluminum Pans!
We smoke or cook a lot on our grills and typically used aluminum disposable pans, which are great for convenience but not so great on the wallet when we continually buy them. We were looking for a better option and came across these stainless steel pans. They seem to be pretty well made and have worked great so far using them in our offset smoker and pellet grill. The fact that they come with covers is great as well, even though the lids don't clip or snap on. The lids stay in place well, but they are not a tight fit and can still leak if you splash thing around. we purchased two different sets of these pans to have a range of size options and so far we couldn't be more pleased with them. They are easy to clean and they are pretty beefy as far as metal thickness. Even though we lose the convenience of just throwing away the disposable pains and add a set to our clean up, it will be worth it in the long run cost wise.

I tossed every non-stick pot and pan that I owned and use these in my AIR FRYER (toaster-oven style).The stainless steel is high-end quality. The lids fit great and don’t take up any room in the refrigerator. I also use the lids as cooking trays. I can put food / left overs directly on the lids and heat the food in my airfryer.I bought 2 more sets after I used them and found out how well they work and what nice quality they are.

These are good quality metal pans. These are particularly useful because of the fitted lids, so the oven stays clean. They have turned brownish due to the heat, but they otherwise are holding up to regular use.

Good quality, bakes well. Store the smaller ones inside the large to save space.
These stainless steel baking pans have well-fitting metal covers (not plastic!). They bake evenly, excellent heat distribution and completely non-stick. Sturdy but not cumbersome, a good weight / grade of stainless steel. And affordable. They are slightly smaller than standard baking pans ... the largest is 11 inches (not 13) by 9, but they bake really well. Due to the slightly smaller pans, you get a slightly thicker / deeper cake, so it needed just a few extra minutes ... not a problem. )And I was able to retire all of my old aluminum bakeware, which I prefer not to have in contact with food.) Would I have preferred a full 13-inch x 9-inch cake pan...? Yes. But is the smaller pan a deal-breaker...> Not for me. It is, however, why it earns 4 stars and not 5.
