Each piece has a purpose and I find I use everything here so it seems like the perfect set. I think I put entirely too much time into narrowing down my options when deciding to make some raviolis, but I don’t regret getting this set. It’s definitely a hobbyist set of tools for a family dinner but it helps simplify the process and keeps things looking uniform. The mould has been a huge timesaver. Kids have fun in the kitchen, learning.
Love this kit. I used the ravioli maker to make mushroom ravioli. It worked great. I've been searching for recipes to use the other tools with.
I loved this kit but I’m purely amateur. I had so much fun playing with the tools and making passable pasta meals that, I would only serve to my family. And, if I never make pasta again, I can display these beauties and brag about making my own pasta. Win win.
It been so much fun having pasta night with family and friends!! We love having these tools. We have only hand washed them and immediately dried them lightly oiled and they are holding up great.
