Hygenic alternative to wooden board
I've been using this steel cutting board for about a month now after switching from my old wooden one, and honestly, I'm quite impressed with it.The main thing I noticed straightaway is how much easier it is to clean. With the wooden board, I always had those stubborn stains from turmeric and the smell would just stick around no matter how much I scrubbed. Thin and pricey
Nice quality product and functions as intended. However, it is thinner than I expected and I worry about the metal scratching my counter top because there is no backing on the metal. It is the exact size as indicated in the product description. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It doesn’t seem to affect the blades of my knives. It is pricey for a cutting board so I am not sure that it is worth the money.
