Durable, Versatile, and Surprisingly Elegant
I wasn’t expecting a cutting board to make me this excited, but the WOCHANTRI Titanium Cutting Board has completely changed my kitchen prep routine. Right out of the package, I noticed how solid and well-crafted it feels—thicker than most boards of this size, yet still light enough to handle comfortably. The titanium finish gives it a sleek, modern look that surprisingly elevates the overall aesthetic of my kitchen.I’ve used it for everything: slicing fruits, chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and even prepping bread. The double-sided design is a thoughtful touch—one side has a slightly textured surface that’s perfect for firm items like apples and carrots, while the other is smooth, ideal for softer ingredients. I haven’t noticed any staining or odor retention, which is a huge relief, especially after cutting tomatoes or raw meat. The board is also dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup effortless—an absolute game-changer for busy weeknight cooking. I appreciate that the material is durable enough to resist deep knife marks, which keeps it looking almost new even after several weeks of daily use.Beyond practical use, it also doubles as a stylish serving board for cheese, charcuterie, or fruits when entertaining. I even gifted one to a friend who was moving into a new home, and they loved it—it’s functional, beautiful, and makes for a thoughtful housewarming gift.Overall, this cutting board combines durability, versatility, and style in a way few kitchen tools manage. It has become my go-to board, and I can genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, low-maintenance, and attractive cutting board that handles all types of prep work effortlessly.

Objectively, it's real titanium and pretty cool. Subjectively, it's not for me. Read entire review.
Ok, so I have mixed feelings about this one. The idea of a metal cutting board, for me, has two sides to it... One, it's durable, easy to clean and doesn't hold bacteria. Two, my knives are expensive and the thought of carving them into something the space shuttle is made of gives me spasms. For this review, I bought a cheap dollar store knife to evaluate it.So... We'll start with the good:It IS genuine titanium or some strong alloy of the same. My curious side got the best of me right out of the box, and I took it to the bench grinder. Bright white sparks and high hardness, telltale signs of a titanium alloy, so props to them for actually living up to it.The board is fairly small, easy to store, and seems pretty tough. It's quite rigid for how thin it is, and light for it's size. Certainly much lighter than a thick wooden board. I both appreciate and don't appreciate the thickness, but on the good side it sits nicely on the counter, stores easily virtually anywhere, and air dries in an instant. It is easy to clean, with everything I've cut on it sliding right off and nothing so far being able to leave any discoloration... A little hot water and a quick scrub, and it's all done. The other side...It's really thin. Like... difficult to get unstuck from the wet counter thin. I have, on one occasion, had to slide a knife under it to gain purchase. It's expensive. $40 for a small cutting board, regardless of the material, is just rubbish, when I can buy a 3 pack of the plastic ones for 1/3 the price. I UNDERSTAND it's fancy, and made of titanium, beautiful and exotic... but... it's just a cutting board. It scratches. I know, it's a cutting board, it's supposed to get scratched.. but a fine line in a wood board vs a glaring score in a metal one are two different things. It doesn't scratch EASILY, but it does scratch. This leads me to my last two noted downsides: It's hard, hard enough to dull my knife. I know i was just using a cheap knife, but it gives question to whether I would want to use my good knives on it. After only a couple uses, I ended up having to sharpen the knife I was using. I wasn't being particularly careful, but I wasn't deliberately abusing it either. Titanium is softer than steel, but much much harder than wood, with a corresponding increase in wear over it's wooden counterparts. Also... The grinding noise it makes when the knife is sliding along the metal board just wads me up. This may be just a "me" thing, but it's like dragging your fork across your plate. These things being said, I can certainly see where this board has some applications, perhaps in the camping or RV world where functionality and practicality are worth the price. It's quite small and light, easy to store, and would literally fit anywhere.I'm going to give it 4 stars, objectively, as a product and given it's nature. I'll say this with the caveat that IT'S A METAL CUTTING BOARD and you should think about the qualities of what you're looking for before purchase.

No smells, but, no edge
I saw this and thought specifically about a family member that has an alergy and how this would be perfect to cut on. And, I can confirm that the cutting and cleaning, are top notch. Cleaning this thing was nice and easy, much better than wood. I feel like nothing sticks to this thing. However, if you are not careful, you will dull the blade of your knife. I have started putting down paper towels to absorb the clink of the metal on metal. This has solved some of the dulling issue and the noise.Things I love:Easy to cleanNo extra build upThings I loved less:Will destroy edges on knivesCan be very loudAlright, so, personally, for me, this is not for me. I don't like the clinking and noise. However, this isn't always about me. I can see real value in this for the right people. If you have someone in your family with allergies I can say I have prepped on this and there has not been any issues with allergic reactions. I don't think I can contribute it to this specifically, but, it didn't introduce any. Maybe give it a shot?I recommend this cutting board.

Tough and Effective!
First off, this cutting board is very attractive. It's shiny and sleek, and will definitely look nice in an updated, modern kitchen. The size is as listed, so it's great if it's what you need, and not if you need a different size, so make sure you look at the measurements before you buy.It seems perfectly safe to wash in the dishwasher, but honestly I just quickly clean it in the sink. It's extremely easy to wash, and if the foot you cut was safe like a vegetable, honestly, you can just rinse it and put it up to dry. It's much more durable than a plastic or wood board, so you won't be leaving the same severe cuts in the board over time. However, it does come with a price, as your knife can slip around a little easier than it would in a wood cutting board, so you'll want to be mindful of that when using.Overall, these are shiny, tough, and will take years of cutting without any issue. Just be careful, as you always should be, and you'll be fine. I give this an A!
