The best cutting board EVER!
I bought the 12" x 18" and the 10" x 12" and will soon purchase the smallest size. Hands down, these are best cutting boards (surfaces? mats?) I have ever used. They don't dull my kives like some surfaces can. I also love that they are not thick and bulky. They have the thickness of a stack of three index cards. This makes them very easy to wash or just wipe clean. Yes, the knives do leave scratches but not deep enough to be of concern. These cutting boards are going to last for a very long time. The ones I bought are exactly the same on both sides.A couple of things I'd like to point out. Some people are surprised when they receive only one board, instead of the three that were shown in the picture. Unless the description specifically says "Set," you are only going to get one board of the size that was checked. Measurements for the other available sizes are shown, but you will have to order them separately.If you are kneading dough, this board will likely slide around. Putting a silicone mat under it will be a big help keeping it in place.Finally, these are advertised as titanium cutting boards (some are advertised as 100% pure titanium), but if you look further down at the "Material" description it may say stainless steel. Even if it does say titanium, I would question that. Titanium and Stainless Steel are NOT the same thing. Titanium is much lighter in weight and much more expensive than stainless steel. These boards are heavy in comparison to titanium, but are more durable than titanium. I honestly don't understand this discrepancy. However, this being said, I think they are incredible and love working with them. I recommend them highly and would give them 10 stars if it were possible!

Needs a juice trough
Bought this board to replace my plastic meat cutting board. It's supposed to be easy on the knife edges. Used it today for the first time, and the juice from the raw chicken ran over the edge and contaminated my countertop. Disappointing. Thre were scratches on the board after I used it. But it's dishwasher safe and able to be disinfected easily. Easy to store due to its being so thin.

Quality at a very good price
I read the reviews for this and other metal cutting boards. What attracted me to this one was that many affirmed that it was indeed made of titanium and not steel or titanium coated steel. You can tell by the sound when you tap it with a spoon... Steel makes a loud and sharp sound. Titanium makes a muted and dull sound. The board sold here is indeed Titanium.All that being said, it seemed thin out of the box but it is solid and firm, not wobbly like a saw, if that makes sense. I was very pleased that it feels restaurant quality! I bought two sizes to replace the plastic ones I have been using for years.Now, others have complained that after using it as a cutting board, it leaves scratches. I will agree that it does leave "visible" scratches but not gouges. That is I ran my fingers over the scratches couldn't feel anything. Show me any cutting board that doesn't have scratches from use as a cutting board. Hey, it's a cutting board and at a very reasonable price.I also have to say that it cleans wonderfully fast! A simple swipe with a wet sponge and a quick rinse and it's done. No stains, no odors! I'm very happy with my purchase. I think you will too

Work's well, does scratch
These do scratch up. I don't have any problem with them moving around much on my laminate counters. I just have problems with getting them off the counter when something wet gets under them, hen they suction to the counter. I keep mine out on the counter, that's the only reason the scratches bother me. Also it takes some getting used to, the sound of metal hitting metal.

Nice board
I have nothing bad to say about this product. It works and is easy to clean. I just prefer my bamboo cutting boards. Something about the sound a knife makes when it hits metal I find unsettling.
