It's a Cutting Board
The size and description written by the seller is accurate. The titanium side scratches easily. Even lightly cutting on this surface left a scratch. It is like any other "stainless", shiny product. It will show smudges and water spots, so if that would bother you, this product is a no. The wheat straw side is like any other cutting board with the bonus of a garlic/ginger root grater. This small are is quite sharp. I did scrape my finger on it just getting it out of the package! The nonslip frame is a nice touch. Always good to upgrade those old cutting boards!

Solid, high quality cutting board
I am really happy with this new addition to my kitchen. Love the look of it and love the functionality. Do NOT expect it to be scratch resistant. I do not think it is and do not think it is meant to be. Like all cutting boards, be that wooden or plastic, it will get scratched with use. The feeling of metal knife going against the metal side of this board is something to get used to. But it honestly is a great looking board, heavy, perfectly sized and beautifully crafted throughout.

Good quality cutting board
I love this cutting board—it's sleek and looks great. The quality is great I suppose but I mostly use the plastic side for everything, since the titanium side tends to show scratches and picks up oil smudges easily. It’s also a fingerprint magnet, which makes it harder to keep looking clean

Heavy duty !
This is an excellent cutting board ! One side is stainless steel the other a hard plastic . Theres a handle for easy cutting. It cleans up well and looks nice ! It does scratch easily which is not so pretty looking but expected on a cutting board ! This is solid and heavy ! Definitely good quality ! This would make a nice gift as well.

Perfect for Described Uses
This cutting board is a great size, has a rubber buffer on the edges to hold it still on the counter regardless of which side is in use. The titanium side is a perfect surface for separated chicken pieces or even for splatchcocking the average-sized chicken. It is a hard surface, so don't slam your knife blades down on it, but use carefully to protect the cutting edge. On the wheat straw side, it is perfect for slicing and dicing vegetables and the handy little grater corner for ginger and garlic works well enough to grate the items without barking your knuckles on a standalone grater. Dishwasher safe is a real plus, particularly after grating garlic.

It has it's pros and cons. Not sure it's a $30 cutting board though. I recently received this cutting board and after washing it first, I used it for the first time. While my favorite thing about it is that it's made out of titanium/wheat straw and not plastic, for the price, I was hoping at least the titanium side would be more scratch-resistant. I wanted to be able to keep that "new-look" for at least a little while. You can see every cut I make on the surface of both sides. But hey, it's a cutting board, that's going to happen. At least I am not worried about little bits of plastic in my food like I used to.This cutting board is a decent size and provides adequate space for my chopping needs. The non-slip feature is a plus; it stays in place while I’m working, which adds to the safety and efficiency in my kitchen. The surface is easy to wipe down, and I appreciate that the titanium side doesn’t retain odors or stains from strong-smelling foods like garlic or onion. I like that this board is double-sided. It allows me to use one side for meat and the other for vegetables, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. It has a space on the wheat-straw side that my partner and I had to look up to see what it's supposed to do. (Obviously we're not exactly professional chefs!) Turns out, it acts as a ginger grinder, but seeing as I'm not much of a fresh-ginger cook, I don't think I will be using that feature much. Although, it's nice to have that option, since I don't have any other way to grind ginger, should the need arise.Overall, this cutting board works, it doesn't get plastic particles in your food, and it's easy to clean. It’s a decent option for anyone looking for a non-plastic, simple, versatile cutting surface. Do I think it's a $30 cutting board? In my opinion, it depends on how expensive titanium is, I guess.
