This is a well-made titanium board, no question. It’s sturdy, lightweight, easy to clean, doesn’t absorb odors, and feels genuinely premium. As advertised, it’s non-porous and super hygienic, which makes it great for raw meat prep, transferring food, serving, or even using as a heat-safe surface next to the stove.That said, this is not a traditional cutting board in the wood or rubber sense. Like any metal surface, it’s much harder than knife-friendly boards, so I personally prefer to use it as a prep/serving board rather than doing heavy chopping or rocking cuts on it.If you understand that and use it accordingly, it’s a useful, durable kitchen tool that will probably last forever. Just don’t expect it to replace an end-grain wood board for everyday knife work.Overall: excellent build quality, easy maintenance, and great for specific kitchen tasks just set expectations correctly.
