At first, I was a little skeptical about the idea of a metal cutting board, but this one proved it worth.The double-sided design is what makes it shine. One side is made of pure titanium, which I've found perfect for meat and tougher ingredients - it doesn't retain odors; it is easy to clean, and feels durable. The other side, made of wheat straw PP, is gentler and works well for fruits, veggies, and bread. I love having that flexibility without having to swap boards mid-recipe.Size-wise, it is perfect for a single person or a small family kitchen without taking too much space. Cleanup is a breeze, just a quick rinse. Amazing cutting board with a couple quirks!
I was in need of a new cutting board as I was, up until now, using a pizza peel as a cutting board (which isn't ideal).I am absolutely in love with this board! I haven't actually used the titanium side for cutting, I prefer the other side personally but I like having the choice to use 2 different materials in the same board.I used the wheat side for chopping herbs and veggies to make a chimichurri sauce.I have, however, used the titanium side for cooling a cooked steak. Then I flipped the board over to cut the steak!I am literally typing this review while eating that exact steak.There are small edges on all 4 corners on both sides that stop the board from sliding around while in use which is very much welcomed.My favorite feature? Yep, it's the little "grater" on the wheat side. I wasn't sure what to use it for at first - until I had to chop some garlic. I decided to rub the garlic on the little spikes and I've never had fresh minced garlic that good without using a high quality garlic press. I was stunned. I look forward to using it for other things such as ginger and maybe even lemon zest!I could talk about how good this board is for ever but I'm going to stop here. I see this as an absolute no-brainer and it can give you everything you could be looking for in a cutting board.

This is to replace my 10 years old glass cutting board which is still in good shape but a bit slippery when cutting something round like an apple or onion. Bought the glass because I do not like to use any board with material that could trap food residue and bacteria. Saw this double sided board and it seems to fit my need so I gave it a try. Both sides are made with material that is not porous like the glass and it has the non-slip side that made cutting slippery and round objects a breeze.When cutting on the titanium side, the food does not slip much either. I have to be careful not to poke it with the knife's tip because that does cause a nick on the board. The titanium is also prone to water marks after washing and let hang dried. Once the water mark is set and dried, it takes some effort to remove them even giving it another wash. I will have to towel dry it after wash to prevent the marks. I suppose washing it with the dish washer may be the way to go. It is very likely that I will be using the titanium side for cutting meat only.The non-titanium side is softer and very nice to cutting food with. However, I am a bit disappointed on how easy it is to making scuff marks with the knife. The "wheat" color hides the marks well but I could actually feel them when I brush it with my fingers.Overall, I don't think this board will out last my "glass" cutting board in the long run but the non-slip surface on this board and the non-slip silicon border made cutting job effortless with a secure feel.

Well designed, functional and attractive
This cutting board has a presentation side and a business side. The titanium is brushed and sleek. The PE side is all about cutting. I would never cut on a stainless steel or titanium cutting board because it would dull the knife. Polyethylene or wood will yield to the knife edge and keep your knives sharp. Of course, that means that the surface of the board will show wear. If you treat this board right, it will look perfect on your counter and hide the wear.The instructions advise against putting this board in the dishwasher. You should hand wash to preserve the titanium's look. I find the titanium shows finger prints clearly so I use a plastic scrub pad and dish soap to remove the oils then rinse well and dry with a cloth. The instructions also recommend that you not soak the board for a long time. The plastic would expand slightly while the metal would not.I like that the PE side has a gully to collect juices. Overall, this board is well designed, functional and attractive.

Titanium is the way to go!
This cutting board feels like it will last for a good while. It was much easier to clean than other cutting boards that I have used. The only complaint is that it did not stay put on my countertop very well, and I found it sliding around as I was chopping. Overall, it works quite well and I am happy with it.

Gorgeous board that makes cutting more efficient
It has been such a delight to make dinner these days with my new cutting board. I feel so much more comfortable using this board made from titanium and wheat straw than my old one made from plastic. It’s incredibly easy to clean. Also, slicing seems cleaner and there are no particles coming off the surface. There are small impressions where my knife has made cuts, but that’s to be expected. Still, it’s a gorgeous, two-sided cutting board that works effectively and efficiently, and it’s made a big difference in my food prep.
