I have received the item in great condition and in a timely matter. The quality of the cutting board is good. The titanium side is what I mainly use for cutting up vegetables and meat; when washed, there is no unpleasant scent. Overall, I like the item! Thank you.
Fire cutting board def recommend and great quality
AYAZZEX double sided cutting board is titanium on one side and beige plastic on the other with non-slip gray rubber trim around it. Both surfaces are softer than carbon/stainless steel knives so knives will not lose their sharpness prematurely. Adequate slicing force or chopping pressure will scratch both sides. In the course of everyday use, the titanium side is good for meats and fish where I don't want any juices to trap bacteria and odor. Fruits & vegetables are better for the plastic side as the titanium is slippery when wet. Also I don't want any fruit acids or enzymes interacting with the metal and corrode the titanium. The board is heavy and nonslip so it's as stable as a big butcher block. The size is more than sufficient for a roast or chicken or pineapple or cantaloupe. Only large watermelons would be too big. A bigger size would be more useful. The titanium side shows hard water stains badly including oily finger prints.Overall this is a good single cutting board to own for everyday use. But I just wish this can go into a dishwasher for a deep clean with high temperature water/steam, water jets and drying.

My wife really loves this! We have wooden cutting boards but it’s not very good bc you have to maintain it or else they tend to bend and look really dirty. We had some butchering to do for the day and the cutting board did some hell of a job! Quality is nice and thick, it feels pretty heavy! You can use it all day and it would still look very nice and clean! Price is good for the product you receive! I definitely recommend this
I have two beautiful wooden cutting boards and two plastic ones. After reading some articles about wood boards, microplastics and the titanium cutting boards, I thought I’d give the titanium a try. I use my plastic boards for most meat cutting because I like to hand wash after using, then run through the dishwasher for disinfecting. I mostly use the wooden boards for vegetables and other food prep.I have to say, it was a real leap of faith to cut with my good knives on the metal. I’m pretty sure I was wincing the whole time! But everything went well and my knives seem good so far. I absolutely adore the wheat straw flip side. It has a nice finish and is easy on the knives. I like cutting vegetables and food prep on it. I tried using the garlic grinder and will try it again in the future, but it seemed to take a lot of garlic to get much out of it. I’ll probably stick with my garlic press for that.I really like the weight of this board. It has just enough heft to be substantial and not lightweight, but not heavy either. I have found myself reaching for it again and again in the kitchen, so I know it’s a keeper. This board cleans easily and that’s a plus. The non-slip pad is like my drawer liner material. It’s a thoughtful addition to keep this board stable while cutting on it. Overall, this is a very nice board. I do wish I could clean it in the dishwasher, but I can see advantages to using both sides of this nice cutting board.
