I’ve been using this titanium pan for two weeks now, and I’m really happy with it. It’s not heavy for a girl like me. I like the hammered look, and feels premium somehow. It heats up quickly, so it cooks food faster than my old pans. The non-stick surface works well so far. I would like it more if it has a bigger size.
The claims of non-stick are overrated. It cooks well but if you use a heat beyond medium, you will need to apply pressure or a good soak to clean it
I love it, it's not as not-stick as I had hoped but it is a good pan. I have got it really hot and so far it hasn't warped at all.
This is the best fry pan I have ever bought!Easy to clean & I love not worrying about a toxic fry pan.. I plan on buying another soon…
I’ve only used this once but so far I love it! Easy to use does not stick when you use it as directed easy to clean and a great value.
I've been a cook in 2 restaurants and owned a restaurant. I bought this pan and have used it everyday for over a month. This is very similar to a cast iron pan, very heavy duty pan but everything sticks like GLUE. I've conditioned it at least 4 times, it is NOT non-stick at all! If you're used to Teflon, silver stone, bluestone, copper etc., being non stick this is NOT IT. Also, the glass lid rim leaks. I wouldn't buy it again.
I saw the reviews saying this pan is sticky but when I used it as instructed it's been pretty good. heat is pretty evenly distributed and it feels pretty high quality. I think it's worth the money.
