There are instructions on how to use the pan - use oil and medium/low heat. I followed the instructions but everything sticks to the pan. It's hard to cook with it because of this.Also, it's titanium plated. For the price of the pan, I expected much better.
Works ok. Real nonstick is still elusive
This was so disappointing. I can’t begin to explain my exasperation. Cooking eggs was an absolute nightmare.
So I bought this pan from a liquidation sale, not from the vendor directly, I had only briefly heard of titanium pans prior to this. I figured why not give it a shot for a low price. I am very impressed.This pan doesn’t require the meticulousness of a stainless steel or cast iron. And I can use a metal spatula on it without worrying about tearing off the nonstick coating like teflon and ceramic pans.It’s pretty easy to use.I prep with a tiny bit of oil or butter (enough to coat the surface) and everything’s come out great: omelets, scrambled eggs, veggies, steaks. To clean, let the pan cool off completely, all that’s “stuck” should come off very easily with soap, warm water and light scrubbing.I would honestly only ever buy titanium if they weren’t as pricey!

The first omelet was unsuccessful, the second was successful, and the individual thought that it was more suitable for frying steaks and stir-frying vegetables, and that no coating was healthier.
