THESE ARE NOT NON STICK PANS
After a month the pans finally showed up. They were beautiful, light, and strong. I followed the directions and cooked my first meal in the saucepan. I kept the heat low, used olive oil, and my eggs were beautiful. I let the pan cool and tried to wash the egg off the pan. It was impossible to clean. I let it soak with no improvement. I had to scrub and scrub and scrub. I tried butter with no improvement. I went back to the description on Amazon to make sure it was a non-stick pan. Sure enough, "NON STICK SKILLET". I had so hoped I would love these pans. I only hope they will take them back.
