VERY happy with this bundle!

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical of the peel and the items that came with it, but I was pleasantly surprised! I don’t have another pizza peel I can compare it to, but from the several times I’ve used it so far, it’s worked great! The only thing that felt a little cheap was the sauce spoon, let’s be honest… you’re not buying this bundle for the sauce spoon lol.When stretching out my dough, I coat it in semolina, which helps with it not sticking. But it came on and off the peel with no issues. I have yet to use the turning peel, but it seems like it would do the job just fine.The pizza cutter is very sharp and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Same with the dough cutter. The metal is actually pretty thick. The kit even came with a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble the peel itself. Kind of a nice little perk haha!

Decent pizza starter kit.

This TKC Perforated Pizza Peel Bundle has several items included to help cook pizzas. The 13" X 13" aluminum peel is nice for larger pizzas, but we personally prefer assembling our pizza ingredients on a wood peel sprinkled with a mixture of flour and cornmeal, making it easier to slide the pizza onto our hot grill. The smaller, 9" peel would probably be good enough to "fetch" a pizza that's done cooking and has a stable crust. However, I don't think someone would use the 4' length handle all screwed together, making the procedure unwieldy. The ladle for sauce is a nice reminder of the type used in restaurants, but the plastic red handle has quite a curve in it and an almost unnecessary notch underneath it. Perhaps, if you cooked a pot of sauce ahead of time, that might allow you to hold the ladle inside the pot's edge. The giant, circular cutter has an easy-to-grip handle. The pizza dough cutter really does resemble a putty knife with a handle that is a bit too tall to hold onto. This pizza kit is not chef quality and is adequate as a starter set. Just doing some quick math, prices these 5 items at $10.00 each and reasonable.

Seller, check package before shipping!

Received order and the handle for the turning peel will not attach to the peel. One end is threaded and peel end is smooth. All other items were in working order and seem to have some quality.
