Great for cutting up tomatoes, great product and worth the money
Great. It’s sharp. I like it very much.
This is a nice size paring knife for medium sized hands. I got it to replace a wooden handle one I like, but I got tired of hand washing it. This knife needed a few swipes on a knife steel out of the box though before it could slice effortlessly into a tomato. That was easy enough and then it worked fine. I like the blade shape (more wharncliffe than clip), and the steel itself seems very good and I'm hoping it holds up well for years of use and dishwashering.
Well made it is easy for me to use on Tomatoes, Pears, Celery etc Not only does itCut well it also helps core pearsTomatoes and other Veggies and Fruits. Having bad Arthritis this knife is light weight to use for me. I'm ordering a second one today.
Very sharp so it cuts just fine, but some rust is beginning to appear after a few months of use.
Nice knife
We spent $400 on a really nice 16 piece Wüstof knife and block set. Somehow, throughout all the entertaining and family barbecues the one serrated knife was lost. Always having a use for a serrated knife we bought one of these to replace it. It is hands-down one of the sharpest knives I’ve ever owned. Our first one was bought almost a year ago and we just bought three more. They are solid Sharp hold their edge and a damn good knife.
