This product works as described but the construction is not sturdy. Very thin material used, The crank had to be worked on to get it to work. The ice pick type rod to make the hole in the potato slides off the metal and is not usable. Poor construction. Desigh is Good but product is not. If I had see the product in person I would not have bought it.Delivery online says it was hand delivered. It was just left outside on a bench and I did not sign for it as stated and did not know it was delivered.
I do like this and it's very sharp so be careful I cut my thumb nail off clear to the skin under the nail 😂 and had to go to the clinic

I was forced to get my twisted taters at a local theme park but they only had them twice a year. Needless to say when I saw this jewel, I bought it without delay. It cuts potatoes in a perfect spiral to make twisted taters at will. Great purchase
Don't buy this, it's very poorly made and doesn't work great without risking a finger.
