Wonderful keepsake/gift for foreign friends. Not too heavy and packs flat (obviously!). Saw the identical board (same company) at the Colorado Gaylord hotel gift shop for $69.99...so happy I looked at Amazon. Not sure about using as an actual cutting board, but envision using it as a wall decoration or a non-cutting serving tray.Looks great, have the Colorado map version too which works well as an actual cutting board. The colors on this give me pause, don't want to ruin it.
