Sometimes you don’t need a giant cutting board—and that’s exactly why I picked this up. It’s the perfect size for quick, small tasks when you just need to chop a few things without breaking out (and cleaning) a sink-sized board.It protects both the counter and my knife edges, feels sturdy, and is easy to clean. No staining so far, and it seems very durable. Simple, useful, and absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend for any kitchen.

Perfect for home bakers. I use it for all kinds of dough. It's easy to clean and is the perfect size for my counter. Nice thickness - not too thick, not too thin. I use this several times a week.
Some wood gapping in middle of board but I like the size and weight
I love this board. I have four other boards, but this is the only large one, and the only one that catches juices when carving meats. I have already used the pastry side for small crostadas, and I was delighted that I rolled the dough out to an almost perfect 8 inches very quickly and easily. Most important quality in my opinion: it is bamboo! Bamboo is significantly more scratch-resistant than many hardwoods, and it is a real light-weight compared to hardwoods. Metal cutting boards are being recommended by some sources now, but that is not a choice if you want sharp knives. I have very good Japanese knives, I keep them razor sharp, and I would not consider ruining them on metal cutting boards. I clean my cutting boards as soon as possible after using them, and I have never been sick from any of them. I have had food poisoning a couple of times in my 90 years of life, but both times were from meals in restaurants. Also, this board is beautiful! Who could ask for anything more from a cutting board?
