wonderful and dishwasher safe
I have had this for over a year now with pretty heavy usage including but not limited to dishwasher cleaning and it has stayed absolutely fantastic. Great for mixing dough and so easy to clean since it has a resin or something fill where the wires come in you don't collect dough and debris in there.

Great dough whisk
I bake yeast breads and other heavy doughs but have previously used a sturdy wooden mixing spoon to mix in the flour. I tried this dough whisk and it worked perfectly. It is so much easier and faster to incorporate the flour. This is my new favorite tool! It is sturdy, feels good in my hand and releases the dough easily. The tool is sealed at the ends and can go into the dishwasher. I highly recommend for heavy and sticky doughs.

This is an excellent product. Does not rust or wear out. I've had it for a few months now and is easy to clean and does not make me angry when washing it.

Too short but at least doesn't come apart
I have had a wooden-handled dough whisk for a long time, but the grip of the wood on the wire head weakened and it would just come apart at the worst times. So when I couldn't take it anymore, I got this all-metal dough whisk. Which, at the very least, doesn't come apart, and is very sturdy, and the wire head is quite adequate for the task. The problem is, this whisk is less than 12 inches total length, and the handle itself is only 8 inches. My wooden handle was 11 inches long, and this one could stand to be at least 10, because it is far too short for any sizable batch of bread dough, there's just not enough leverage. I have my hands in the mess, and I can't get enough torque on the head to keep it moving through the flour and liquid once it starts to bind up.It will deal with small tasks fine, batters and cookie doughs wonderfully, masses up to about a kilogram of flour batch of sourdough ... and above that it just does not deal well with bread dough. I wind up resorting to violence, plus cleaning the head out repeatedly with my fingers during mixing, instead of being able to move the head through the dough and having it basically self-clean as the mass tightens up. And it's not the shape of the wire, because that's the same, and it's a good shape; it's the length of the handle and the ability to get leverage with it.Unfortunately, I can't find anyone making an all-metal dough whisk with a suitably long handle.

Must have dough whisk
This makes baking sourdough a breeze. It's awesome at mixing my dough. I prefer to use this over my stand mixer. It's easy to clean, it isn't too big, and overall a great kitchen tool.
