This is a great little tool if you like to drink matcha tea - gets the lumps out. I'm thinking it would work nicely for cocoa, as well. I just pour a little water in, add some matcha and whisk. Then, add the rest of your water. Immediately rinse and allow it to air dry.
Make sure to store this properly so that it keeps the shape. Otherwise easy to use and clean

I was sent a defective item already returned by a previous customer. This is what I received when I opened the package for the first time. Someone else had already used the product and sent it back because it was defective!!
Great whisk! They are marketing this whisk as “Japanese,” but it is made in China. Beautiful craftsmanship. Most of the bamboo matcha whisks on the market right now are identical, and even come in the same packaging, so buy by price. Be aware that the tines will uncurl a bit with use, but that’s normal and a natural characteristic of bamboo. I don’t even bother with a ceramic whisk holder—I just use the whisk in a small mixing bowl, and leave it upside down on the counter to dry. Mixes in matcha powder very quickly, and makes a pretty froth.You don’t want to put this in the dishwasher, but it rinses completely clean easily.
this is a beautiful traditional whisk! It makes all the difference to use this when making matcha at home. This is a great value for the price and works very well.
The product is very amazing when making matcha & is very easy to clean. The size of the matcha whisk is about the size of your hand, a bit shorter, so that you can take it wherever & make it whenever you want! The bamboo of the whisk is very durable & is a very light shade of tan. But PLEASE clean it first because i found out that there were splinters in it after i made a batch of matcha. Be careful with the product please!
