Outstanding portable tea set. Very high quality materials and an ingenious design. It works so well for brewing and pouring. Doesn’t drip when pouring, has a band around brew pot to protect from heat. Exceeded my expectations.

I love having a cup of fresh hot tea, and this tea pot does just that. This tea pot is small and only gives 2 pours (one if you're enjoying tea with a friend). This keeps the tea leaves fresh and the tea flavors fresh, allowing you to enjoy the tea multiple times. I've always hated making a pot of tea and then drinking cold tea at towards the end of the pot, this eliminates that problem.Very cute set, totally recommends this for beginner or advanced tea drinkers. This can be used at home or portable for an outdoor adventure.
I bought this for the compact size and was relieved to find it works great! I love that I can bring my tea anywhere. It is simple to clean and pretty durable.
I honestly ordered the green one, as I meant to get a traveling Gaiwan, was sent the black one. One has the steeper screen low low (the green one) and one has it higher. The higher one is for more liquid. I ended up with the black one and I'm really liking it a lot. Keeps the liquid super warm and hold it so it definitely has high specific heat. Make sure you carefully look at each pic. The way it's listed on Amazon is very misleading. They make it like the same price for the green as well as black. It's not only two different colors, but different items.I will say the black one is very compact, and the carrying case, and the ceramic lid, and cups are extremely well made. So well that I'm just gonna keep it as I really like it. Make sure you know your Gong Fu way of making tea cause this is PERFECT for that. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is cause it's listed in a confusing manner. I went way out of my way to not get sent the wrong thing, triple checked everything, and wow, the color screwed it up.

For those of you saying its too small, you've probably never drank tea the Gung fu way. Cups are supposed to be small usually between 20 and 50 ML its supposed to help you enjoy the tea more. this one is about 40ml. this set is perfect for work, I usually enjoy a pot of tea after lunch and this is the perfect size. the strainer can be a bit difficult to clean with small leaves getting stuck in the holes but if I let it dry out over night its fine after the leaves dry up. my only other issue is sometime it can be difficult to pack it up all in the one case as I forgot how it was originally packed but I can make it work. also be careful to hold the put by the silicone, as with hot water it gets hot quick
