Using these on electric ceramic stove requires some major challenges but with practice it is well worth it. I found that if I get the pans up high add avacado oil look for smoke and coat the pan then turn the temperature downthe food doesn't burn. I use a digital thermometer to test food.Trying to maintain liedenfrost point on an electric element is almost impossible so I don't try.
Great set of pans and cook really well. These are heavy and thick so they retain heat very well. I did notice that the branding is different than the pictures. The pictures show “Vac Voi” as the brand but I received “Chef Mate” brand. Either way, the pans work great. The instructions do say not to use in the dishwasher which is different than what the pictures imply. The handle on the smallest pan is heavier than the bowl so it does not sit even on the stove evenly. Still conducts heat well. Will buy more in the future!

Every meal I’ve made with them has turned out amazing. They cook evenly, clean up beautifully, and look great in my kitchen. I ditched all my old toxic cookware and replaced it with these safer, high-quality pieces—and I couldn’t be happier.
I was looking for a pan that is not bad for my health to cook in , so bought this set after reading the health benefits. . After using them for a couple weeks, I wanted to return them, but the return directions stated that the package could not be opened if returned. So I felt I had to keep them , because I opened them to try them out. Everything sticks in them , and they are very hard to clean. I plan to throw them out, and find something that is easier to use, or at least has a better return policy.
We heat olive oil in them before adding food - makes cleanup easy.
I am confused, I bought the "Chefmate" pan trio less than a week ago, they seem to me find and I decided to buy the coockware battery, but oh, surprise, now they are not "Chefmate" anymore, but "VocVoi" brand? I'd like an explanation.
