Good pan, great value, no PFOA!

I got this to avoid any kind of non stick coating but didn’t look forward to cleaning it. Turns out not hard to clean after soaking first. I also have to keep heat lower and just take longer time to cook. I wasn’t sure if this was large enough for me to stir fry, but it is about right size, about 50% wider than my electric or induction elements. Bottom will bulge up if heated too quickly but return to flat when cooled. Bottom center has stained after a few uses, but that doesn’t bother me as long as I can get it clean after use. Much lighter than cast iron pans!!

Learn your pan.

Using this pan on an induction cooktop is ok, unless boiling water. The second layer of the pan is not SS, it’s aluminum, plus the third layer is different SS from the first, the aluminum layer slows down the boiling point. Use the sear option when boiling water. Other than that, a well made pan.
