Ultra-Sharp Knives with Minor Finish Concerns

I absolutely loved these knives when they first arrived. The construction is excellent, the balance feels great in hand, and they are impressively sharp right out of the box. Each knife serves its purpose well, and the overall design is sleek and professional. They look and feel like a premium knife set.In daily use, they perform beautifully. The 5-inch utility knife has quickly become my go-to for tasks like peeling and deveining shrimp—it’s nimble, precise, and very comfortable to use. Cutting performance across all three knives is outstanding, and they hold an edge extremely well so far. From a functionality standpoint, this is a really solid set.I did deduct one star due to some unexpected tarnish spots that appeared on the blades after only a few uses. I hand washed and dried them as directed, but still noticed a few small spots, which surprised me since I care for other knives the same way without any issues. It’s possible I missed a bit of moisture while drying, but it’s still something worth noting. Overall, I’m very pleased with the knives and hope the tarnishing doesn’t continue, as the performance and quality are otherwise excellent.

Kitchen knife set

I was really excited about this knife set, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The outer box looks nice and giftable, but once opened, the inner packaging feels very cheap and poorly designed. The knives were not secured well, and one of the blade tips was not protected well and partially exposed. I actually almost cut my finger while taking them out, which definitely shouldn’t happen with proper protective packaging.The knives arrived sharp, but not sharp enough to use right away. They will need sharpening before regular use. In hand, the balance also feels off for me. I have medium-to-smaller hands, and the handles on the two larger knives feel too long and slightly awkward. The smallest knife feels the most comfortable and proportioned. The other two may work better for someone with larger hands. The weight of the knives are reasonable - not too light, not too heavy.Overall, they look decent and are usable, but between the unsafe packaging, average sharpness out of the box, and uncomfortable handle length (for my hand size), this set fell short of what I expected, and none of them seems to become the favorite knife.
