Every baker should have this muffin pan!
This is a great mini-muffin pan and so much better than the teflon muffin pans. Love that it bakes 2 dzen at a time! Not at all flimsly, it is definitely non-stick whether making egg bites or muffins. The steel frame is a plus keeping the pan very stable. It's easy to clean because food doesn't stick and it can also go in the dishwasher. Most recently made G-F pumpkin muffins for a pot luck and every single one came out perfect and was so easy to remove.

Never use metal again.
I've ordered these twice now. Have four. I used them about once a month. They are amazing. No need to butter all the corners of each cup. I don't use butter or oil or spray. Just put the batter in and bake as usual. They brown and crust the same way. Less likely to burn than a metal pan. Easy to lift out. Really easy to clean. Dishwasher safe.

Great little muffin pan
I love this mini muffin pan so far! It’s made of silicone but the edges are metal so it’s easy to handle and not flimsy. It was not difficult to clean, and it doesn’t emit any weird silicone smells when baking. The muffins are simple to remove by simply pushing on the bottom of the pan. Good value for the money and I’ll probably order another for regular-sized muffins.

Sturdy for sure!
I’ve had my hands on other silicone baking dishes. In this one I got the 12 muffin “tin” option. I love how easy it is to pour my recipes into without worrying about the spillage of ingredients into the little space between the liner and the pan. When I do make a mess since I’m human and all, clean up is a breeze. When I miss a spot and it bakes on it still easily comes off. Muffins after baking pop right out, I’ve even used them to make egg cups and it slips out whether I crack eggs directly in or scramble and mix ingredients in (like cheese, bacon, green peppers, onion etc). I do have a mini version that I got at a chain place, I’d say I have a bit more sticking issues with that one, making it harder to clean. I’m not sure if it’s because I bake just a bit too long since it’s a mini and most recipes don’t account for minis, so I monitor it but I’m not getting the right time yet? TLDR want less mess and less purchasing of liners, great buy. Do keep in mind the jury seems to be out on using high heat on silicone in terms of toxicity though. I recently learned, now I’ll be on the look out for ceramic instead (maybe?) it’s just so easy to clean haha!
