TUO sells wonderful knives, I believe I've bought 3, maybe 5, now. They are nice looking, easy to hold, easy to wash, and stay sharp for a long time. I have a Messermeister set for work but wanted to have something at home and was surprised how nice this TUO was. Nice fat handles and the weight distribution is pretty fair. They are heavier than my professional set but nothing to fret about. Totally worth the money. I bought each one (5 total) separate to customize my set but they sell these in a block set as well. Honing after 4 uses is recommended.
