Update: these are great! But my original says the cups from my old original Magic Bullet bought in ‘04 Screw onto these baldes. Yes they do! But Apparently not down to the last thread or something because it is too tall @ the place that allows the cup to twist into the base to turn the base motor on. So no, these blades may fit the old cups, but don’t work on the old cups w/ the original Magic Bullet. They do however, work perfectly w/ my old Magic Bullet base when screwed onto the new 20oz mug cup I ordered on Amazon when I ordered these blades. So I’m still using my old base motor & I love the bit of extra space the new mug has & it’s just like the older party mugs but a bit taller is all. So my new cup would’ve been my go to cup for everything anyway & I still have an old blade for my small mix cup for very small jobs. I would order these blades again!Original review: As described. Not sharp, but neither were any of my other original Magic Bullet blades. They weren’t made to be sharp. But they work great! These new ice shaver blades came quickly after ordering & looked different from my old bullet blades because these have a metal base the blades are attached to instead of the black plastic. Much better I think since my originals from 2004 cracked thru & spun out of the black plastic w/ 14 yrs of use. These are made w/ a small hole in center of the metal base & the blade has a ling screw underneath them that goes thru that hole. Then a small white washer & the black rubber piece that has the 4 large nubby things that engages w/ the motor for the spinning motion is hust screwed onto the end of that long screw. One of the 2 new blades was loose when I opened the box & I had to screw the rubber bottom back on, but it was no problem at all & no tools needed. Just hand tightened, tried it out by blending a little water to see if it leaked around the screw & it was just fine. These blades do mix my veggie powder & apples & things more thoroughly & a bit quicker than my old blades. Happy w/ the new blades & since my 14 yr old original motor base & cups are as good as ever, the new blades will enable me to continue using my old Magic Bullet instead of trashing all of it w/ the cracked blades.

I’ve only used it once so far but the difference is significant. My old blade had started to make an awful shrieking sound recently, but this new blade made a normal blender sound! Still loud, but no longer horrific. Also it took a lot less time to get all the ice blended. And there were no ice or banana chunks at the bottom; everything was fully blended.The only issue is that it doesn’t fit the cups as well as the original, but that just means it takes a little longer to screw them on. It still has a firm seal, with no leakage or anything like that.Also I’m not sure what the washing instructions are, but I use put them in dishwasher and it seems to work fine.

The perfect replacement for a fair price!
These replacement blades work fantastic with my existing Magic Bullet blender. I use the ice shaver blades 1-2 times daily for my protein shakes. They rinse off super easy and can go in the dishwasher. The only thing to remember is to remove the little rubber grommet that creates a leak-proof seal. It takes a couple minutes to remove it and I have to use tweezers instead of a sharp knife to get it out. I don't recommend the knife because you can puncture and damage the rubber too easily. I love the options to mix and match the blades you need and you can get two for less than the price of one from the manufacturer. So this is by far the best route to take when you need new blades!!! I have had my Magic Bullet since 2010 and have only bought two replacement blades in 10 years. So these are the best in my opinion.

Genius Invention to Go With My Magic Bullet!
I have always loved the ease of using the Magic Bullet, especially the way you can shake it to keep it going, but was concerned over the plastic being transferred into my food, since I noticed that near the blades in the housing itself, that part of the plastic starts to shear off over time. Then, I found this attachment that was a genius idea made by Plixio and loved that it used an all metal housing, some type of ice chopping blender blades that sound a bit different when grinding but I think work better than the ones that come with the Magic Bullet and I find them to be much quieter overall. I had no issues with compatibility, so I highly recommend getting this extra very inexpensive, but high quality attachment...you will not regret it!

Works perfect with my MB101B model
Replaced my broken blender top with these! These tops work 100% fine with my MB101B model. Others seem to be unsure or have had bad luck. Could it be inconsistent manufacturing? Maybe. However I can say these worked. I have also had 0 problems with my gaskets. I also don’t remove them to wash. I primarily use my bullet for smoothies, not so much cooking/chopping, etc. so washing is a quick simple rinse most of the time. I figured if I’m using frozen fruit, these ice shaver blades would be the better option anyway. I also like the metal finish appearance of these ice shavers. I cannot speak for quality throughout time since I haven’t had them very long so we will see how they last. Fortunately you receive two for under the price of one replacement from the magic bullet website. Which homes the same product photos as the replacements here.
