This is a terrific replacement for the usual two-piece spatulas. It’s flexible enough to curve to the side of a bowl, but stiff enough that it doesn’t collapse and not allow you to scrape a bowl that has stiff stuff in it.Also, the handle is rounder in shape than the usual flat style of a spatula, so it seems like it is much less likely to snap under pressure.The hole for hanging it up is adequately sized for most hooks, and is flexible so that it’s possible to slide it into place more easily than if it were as stiff as the rest of the handle.
