I think I’ve used it for cooking every single day since having it and I can definitely say it is heat resistant. It is not too flimsy, nor too stiff. It’s the perfect size for my hand. This spatula is great for scraping all of the batter (or whatever else) from bowls, it cleans well, and it is not sticky like some silicone utensils. I thought it was a bit pricey until I actually used it for a while. Highly recommend!
