These plates are beautiful. The glossy, speckled blue glaze on the face of the plates are complemented by in the matt semi-metallic warm grey of the the raised rims. They are solid plates with an impressive weight to them and definitely have the "wow" factor. I spent several years working in a hand-crafted pottery shop and let me tell you, for a production piece, these are really special. If you are looking for a set of dishes that will have everyone asking where you got them, consider these.
