Great way to manage the sourdough loaf into and out of the Dutch Oven!

It was so easy to use the sling to balance and move the dough into and out of the very hot Dutch oven. So much better and easier than parchment paper. The dough (later, the loaf) stayed put on the sling as I moved it, and the silicone wasn't hot when I pulled the loaf out.
