Difficult to assemble, specific tool, required to assemble.

This item requires a very specific tool to insert the blade into the lame. No instructions are included in how to separate the lame in order to insert the razor blade. And, if you do not have the proper tool, you will not be able to separate the lame. It is not easy to put together, it is impossible to use it without the proper tool. Also, there are not free returns. If you need a box from UPS, you will pay for it. If you need a shipping label, you will pay for it. Totally disappointed.
