Love this pressure cooker. It's the first time in my life that I own one. It's very secure and the meat ( chicken, pork, beef ) rendered very soft. I use to air fry the meat for a few minutes afterward to brown it. The result is superb !
At first I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews.1. Yes it is stainless steel2. Yes it creates a huge mess if you don’t read the manual. For example max load is 2/3 of the total volume.3. You need to wait before you can open it, its under pressure! No waiting means severe burns and a huge mess in your kitchen.4. Cooking is easy just reduce regular cooking time by a factor of 4. For example: 40min become 10min5. Make sure all pressure valves are clean prior using it.Best of all: Everything cooks 4 times faster, dry beans, whole rice, etcIt reduces the amounts of energy used helps the environment. Works at high altitude as well as on sea level. Cleaning is easy.Perfect for sailors cooking during bad weather.
The pressure cooker is spectacular. I've always used a pressure cooker, but the one I had was completely gone, and this one exceeded my expectations. It's super good!
Absolutely wonderful easy to clean I love it now considering getting different sizes very well-made! And the bonus lid is fantastic. I’ve had no leakage very safe

The pressure cooker is heavy and sturdy. It came on time and well packaged. It has an attractive design and I like that it has a second cover for regular cooking. I have not used it as yet so I cannot speak about its functionality.
