I’ve been looking for something to keep a 16.9oz soda bottle cool outside. I’ve finally found it!I will say the white one’s trim is pink (my wife calls is salmon). It’s no name brand super violet type but it does it job well.I’m very happy and I’m not one that reviews many things.
This can cooler is surprisingly versatile and effective.The double-walled stainless steel design does a fantastic job keeping drinks cold. I tested it with both 12-oz and 16-oz cans, as well as a slim bottle, and it fit snugly in every case. My drinks stayed icy for hours longer than they would in a standard fridge or typical cooler sleeve.The claim of 24-hour ice-cold retention isn’t unrealistic for normal use — while I wouldn’t leave a drink out all day in direct sun, it definitely extended the coldness for afternoon sipping. I also liked that the carbonation in soda or sparkling water stayed much more consistent; I noticed less fizz loss than with other koozies.The build quality feels solid. The stainless steel is durable, and the white finish looks sleek while resisting fingerprints better than I expected. It’s also easy to clean and doesn’t sweat, which is great for indoor or outdoor use.My only minor note is that the lid isn’t included, so obviously it doesn’t protect against spills if tipped, but that’s standard for this type of product.Overall, this cooler does exactly what it promises: keeps beverages cold, preserves fizz, and fits multiple can and bottle sizes. A very handy accessory for home, work, or outdoor activities.
I liked the idea of this can cooler because I often open a drink and then forget about it while working. I usually have a 16 oz sparkling energy drink at lunch, and by the time I remember it, it’s warm and flat. This cooler seemed like a good solution for that.It’s easy to use and feels well made. There’s an insert for standard 12 oz cans, and you remove it for 16 oz cans or bottles. The lid screws on smoothly and has a good seal. While drinking, I didn’t have any leaks around the lid, and when I removed the can there was barely any moisture inside the cooler.It did a good job keeping the drink cold during normal use, and I noticed the carbonation stayed intact while I was drinking it. I haven’t tested the long-term fizz claim yet, but for everyday use it performed exactly how I’d want it to.I also like that it’s stainless steel, so you can pour drinks directly into it if you want to use it like a tumbler. Overall, it’s a solid, versatile can cooler that works well for keeping drinks cold, looks pretty sturdy, and allows for enjoying drinks over time.
You ever seen those memes floating around about emotional support drinks? Yeah, that's me. At any given time I will have iced coffee, a Nalgene full of water, and either a can of Red Bull or a sparkling water (or both). I'd like to say I religiously finish all my drinks before the end of the day/before I open a new one but that would be a lie.So I was hopeful this little cooler would at least keep my half-drank Red Bulls cold through the next day after I cut myself off from caffeine at 4 pm.First I tested it with a LaCroix. Put it in around 10pm and by the time I checked the following day around noon, I was hoping for a cold, fizzy drink. Unfortunately only one of those was true. The temperature is 68 degrees inside my house (and very very chilly outside right now) and I keep the central heat on fairly low to save energy. Still, my drink did not stay cold for 12 hours, much less 24. BUT the cooler did do an amazing job keeping the fizz in!The next day I tested it again with an 8.4oz can of Red Bull. The can wasn't as good a fit as the water can and because of this, I had to clean out the interior of the cooler thoroughly to clean up all the Red Bull at the bottom when I was done. Same thing happened as with the water, fizz stayed locked in all day but the cold did not.Fizz is the more important thing to me so it's fine. Just disappointing, I was really looking forward to being able to slam ice cold Red Bull first thing in the morning without a trip to the fridge.I'm curious how summer will go. I'll be happy if this thing can keep my emotional support Red Bulls cool for half a day.
This can cooler falls under the category of, things you didn't know you needed and now maybe can't live without? The concept is that it keeps your cans or bottles cold for a lot longer than a typical koozie will, AND it will keep your fizzy beverages carbonated if you dump them in and seal them up. I have not tried the second claim, but I have no reason to doubt it (the seal is tight, and there doesn't seem to be a way for carbonation to escape when it's closed). However, it really does work great at keeping cans and bottles cold! There's an insert you stick in the bottom if you're beverage is 12 oz versus 16 oz (see pictures). The end result was a MUCH chillier beverage over the course of several hours than what I typically get from a perfunctory koozie insulation. I'm excited to take this camping with me this summer (hand strap will come in... handy?) and this will be a great gift exchange item for the holidays. If you're a cold beverage drinker, you need this!
I’m a seltzer gal. I easily crush a 12 pack of lacroix per day. However, I am prone to opening one right before bed and then waking up in the morning to a wasted can of flat seltzer. So I ordered this can cooler to remedy that problem and now my seltzer is still cold and crisp in the morning. Total game changer. The cooler comes with a little metal cup thing that you put inside on it first before putting in a standard, 12oz can. If you’re using a 16oz bottle or can, you don’t need the little cup. The lid is easy to clean and doesn’t have nearly as many little nooks and crannies where mold could grow as opposed to other water bottles i’ve had. The little carrying strap is useless to me, but I suppose you could use it to clip the bottle to a backpack or something. It fits in my car cupholder and isn’t at all cumbersome.
