Amazing griddle, very versatile!
I love this griddle. These are exactly like my other name brand griddle but it’s actually better I hate to say it - and less than half the cost. I have a feeling these were even made in the same place. Just without the brand name. It’s more refined. I have the first version of the name brand I won’t name here, however, it still works great. I take these camping and use them at home. I can tell these will be multigenerational as long as they are maintained.These can withstand the heat from a campfire without warping. I’ve seen them warp before but that was only because there was only heat concentrated in the middle. As soon as I removed the heat from the middle and moved them to the sides, the griddle immediately went back to true flat.These are great and would highly recommend. It’s easy to clean because with it well seasoned, it’s non stick. I hope they can come out with a round version!

Amazing product!
The included press is very light, so don’t expect to hold bacon down with it but works great as a burger press. As long as you clean it properly it looks brand new every time. Only thing I would have liked would be silicon handles for the handles.

Heavy-duty, Pre-seasoned and Versatile
I always wanted a griddle since I have a middle burner that's designed for that. This griddle is heavy-duty, comes with a press and a pair of silicon mitts, and it's pre-seasoned. It can be used on the grill, stove and oven(maybe if you have a bigger oven, it doesn't fit in mine). Now I can cook multiple pancakes at the same time, make a large breakfast on one set. A great addition for the kitchen.

Heavy carbon steel griddle
This large carbon steel frying pan is good enough on its own, but the included griddle press really makes it worthwhile for me. Usually when frying steaks, fish, or even making burgers, you use it to press it for more even heat and a better shape. Pressing the steak also prevents it from warping and keeps it perfectly round. The material of the press plate is also good, the heat insulation is OK and it's comfortable to hold.

Didn't work for pancakes on glass-top electric range
For me, this griddle was unusable. That's because I only need it to make pancakes, which might be the greatest challenge such a griddle has.First off, season, season, season! Literally. I had to season it three times before results stopped being catastrophic.Ultimately, the best I could get was pancakes with outsides that were crispy in places and underdone in others, and insides that were underdone. Note that I'm on a glass surface electric range top at setting 2 of 10. And frankly, coming from a ceramic-coated aluminum griddle, I miss the oil-free pancakes it made.I was worried that having used it I couldn't return it, but using the Amazon chat they quickly offered a refund before I even discussed that question. They just sent me a code to return it. So if that goes smoothly, there's no reason you shouldn't try this if your use case is different. I'll update if there are any return issues.
