I like these plates. They are sturdy. The designs are nice and although they are not as vibrant as another reviewer wanted, they go with my decor beautifully. I would not hesitate if you like this kind of design. If your home has warm earth tones or Mediterranean design, they go perfectly. You can pair a lot of napkin colors with them.
Beautiful design
The UNK U Melamine Dinner Plates Set of 6 looked bright and lively in the photos, which is why I chose them, but the actual colors are much duller than expected. The browns, especially, pull the whole set down, and if I had seen them in person, I would have walked right past. The melamine itself is sturdy enough, but the overall look just misses the mark for me. They do serve a purpose under planters, and for that, they work perfectly. As dinner plates, though, the muted colors detract from the cheerful style I had hoped for. My rating: 3 stars
