Disappointed in this purchase

Unfortunately, this Fruit Washer Strainer Bowl was very disappointing. It’s made of cheap, flimsy plastic and doesn’t feel durable at all. The lid didn’t fit properly and was extremely hard to twist open and closed, which defeated the whole purpose of the design. I tried to make it work but it was more frustrating than useful. I ended up donating it to Goodwill and would not purchase again.

Not dishwasher safe

This is great for small fruits to wash and keep in the refrigerator but don’t put in the dishwasher. It kind of reformed the bowl and now my lid doesn’t quite fit. This warning may have been in the instructions but I just assumed it was dishwasher safe.

Like them but don’t love them

I like these a lot, but do not love them. They work well as far as storage and being able to drain the liquid. They are not very big. Blueberries do very well. I was not able to fit a lot of strawberries in it though. The lids are a little difficult to remove. I feel like the lids could use some more work. They do not feel very durable and are plastic. It feels like I am going to break them when trying to remove them (even though I have not broken them yet). I do love the little handles and that you can fold them down out of the way when storing.

Not a good quality.

I just received(9/25/25 at around 2pm) the 2 pieces strainer and colander. The quality is poor.One of the strainer is damaged. The lid cannot be opened. It looks like the lid is stuck to the colander and cannot be opened. I do not recommend.I will tray again to open it. If it doesn't work, I am returning them.
