    Fits our KitchenAid Classic Plus mixer

    The wire whisk is a perfect fit to our KitchenAid Classic Plus KSM75WH mixer. Many have stated that this is much more heavy duty than the original. It weighs twice as much as the original (196g vs 98g) implying that it's stronger. The added weight is due to the base being made of stainless steel versus the original being made of aluminum. The wires which are the weakest part of the whisk and is were our original had broken are identical in thickness at 1.6 mm so probably not any stronger than the original but more than adequate to do the job.

    It doesn’t oxidize like my old aluminum one!

    This replacement for the whisk that came with my kitchenaid mixer is wonderful. The old one’s hub was made of aluminum and oxidized and turned my hands black. This one is stainless and does not oxidize. I’m very happy!

    Fit my Kitchenaid K45SS perfectly

    This whisk fit my K45SS model Kitchenaid perfectly. The main hub is in fact stainless steel so totally dishwasher safe and freindly. It reached the depth of the bowl perfectly as well with a tiny bit of clearance. (there is an adjustment screw in the hinge of the motor head that could be tuned a bit if you needed to by the way). The others that are for sale have an aluminum hub in many cases and that would not be a great choice if you want to use the dishwasher, it would turn black. This one is stainless, spend the little extra money. This one is well made.
