A must for bread bakers
This is my new toy! If you're having trouble slicing your crusty sourdough bread, then you must try this bread slicer.This new upgraded model cuts through the bread like butter and you can adjust the thickness of your loaf with the turn of a knob.The suction pads on the bottomwork so well, it's hard to remove but I know that's for safety. The machine is made with top quality materials and I expect it to last a long time.I would thoroughly recommend this product to all bread bakers, especially those baking sourdough.

Perfect sourdough slicer
This slicer works great. I recently embarked on the journey of sourdough bread, which is delicious, but also can be tough to cut through the crust with a typical bread knife (not to mention uneven slices). This slicer makes soughdough slicing easy and uniform. Adjusting the slice thickness is easy, but I like my sourdough slices at about 0.7 inches thick, so I have tightened down the setting at that thickness.Just a side note, this slicer is not safe for small children. There is an open blade that functions like a circular saw. So, be sure to store your slicer in a secure location between uses.

Cost effective bread slicer
Very happy with this bread slicer. Solid construction, sharp, easy to use. Am able to get thin slices uniformly cut from both delicate and heavy/crusty bread.
