I like these liners a lot. I have a cosori 8 inch air fryer and this fits with a little space all around it. I put in one layer of tater tots, cooking for 1. I put the rough side up. I moved tots with a tongs half way through. I checked on them a few times towards the end. They were crispy and brown and delicious. I took the tater tots and liner out with the tongs. It washed easily by hand, but I put it in dishwasher with oven drawer and crisper tray. I forgot to oil the tots and this liner worked well anyway. I put it in after preheating oven and just before the tots. The liner is heat resistant and a good value. Would buy again.
They work well, really saves the bin from being damaged from cooked on grease. Most air fryers do jot have a durable coating on them. Easy to clean too.
I've seen some people complain that these alter the taste of your food. Unfortunately, those negative reviews are submitted by people who weren't smart enough to wash them before first use. To get the best results, here is what I did: First, I filled up my kitchen sink with hot water, a cup of white vinegar and a squirt of Dawn (the miracle formula). I let them soak for about 15 minutes. I took them out and scrubbed each one with a small cleaning brush and some of the solution in the sink. Rinsed them off and let them dry. First use, I had no bad taste added to my food. I highly recommend using this cleaning method for the best results. They're too light for the dishwasher and the dishwasher won't scrub them like a brush. You really need to brush off whatever coating is on them from the factory. Once cleaned, they work perfectly. No bad smells, no bad taste. They hold up to the high heat of an air fryer with no problem. I have two air fryers; one small, one large. The small one has a round basket and the large one has a square basket. I bought liners for both in the proper shapes and sizes. They fit perfectly! They are so easy to use. Just drop a clean one into the basket and lay your food in there. Each liner has plenty of holes to make sure the air flow works as intended. Removal is easy. Just grab the edge of one with tongs and throw it into the sink. Again, I recommend washing these by hand. They are so light weight, they'll fly around in the dishwasher and not get as clean as you want. As with all silicone products I've used, I anticipate that these with last a long time. Silicone is extremely durable and I have no reason to believe these won't last a long time. Besides, the price was fantastic! So if they only last a year or so, they're still well worth it for the price. I've not been able to find a better deal on these than Amazon, even though I've shopped around for them at local kitchen supply stores and other online sites. These are by far the best deal available. Trust me, if you clean these before using them, you will love them!
Exactly what I ordered and expected
I bought them for the feature of the mats being raised to allow better air circulation. The mats have plenty of holes for drainage but they are too small to be practical. I have since purchased another brand and though they don't have the raised feature, the holes are large enough to drain properly. Easy to clean, just put in the dishwasher. No sticking.
Very nice and works great!
